1. Who We Are
Leads Manager is operated by DivData Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Leads Manager web application at leadsmanager.in.
Leads Manager is designed for loan agents, DSAs, and brokerage teams. You (or your business) enter borrower and application data into the platform. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, including obtaining borrower consent where required.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Leads Manager Service
Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within your organization
Store and display loans, documents, and pipeline status
Generate dashboard and application-flow reports
Manage subscriptions, plan limits, and usage quotas
Process payments and billing through DivData Technologies
Send service-related communications (e.g. account, subscription, or security notices)
Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT use your data to: Sell borrower information to third parties, run credit scoring, provide loans, or serve targeted advertising based on borrower records. Leads Manager is a business tool for your organization's internal workflows.
4. Data Storage & Security
We implement measures designed to protect your information, including:
Encryption in transit: HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between your browser and our servers
Access controls: Role-based permissions so executives and admins see only what your organization configures
Authentication: OTP-based sign-in for user accounts
Secure infrastructure: Hosting on trusted cloud providers with industry-standard safeguards
Monitoring: Logging and review of security-related events
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for controlling who within your organization can access the Service.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only in these circumstances:
Within your organization: Admins and executives in your account can access loans and documents according to their roles
Service providers: Hosting, payment processing, and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or government request
Safety & rights: To protect DivData Technologies, our users, or the public where reasonably necessary
With your direction: When you explicitly request or authorize a disclosure
Borrower data responsibility: Your organization determines what borrower information to collect and share with lenders outside the platform. Leads Manager does not automatically forward borrower data to banks or NBFCs unless you or your team does so through your own business processes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you or your organization account
Correction: Update inaccurate account or organization information through the app or by contacting us
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated organization data, subject to legal retention requirements
Restriction: Ask us to limit certain processing in specific circumstances
To exercise these rights, email divdatatechnologies@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
7. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods. Loan metadata (borrower names, contact details, loan amounts, status history, and notes) may remain in the system for as long as your organization's account is active. Uploaded documents and images follow shorter, status-based retention schedules and are routinely purged from our file servers.
Document storage is not permanent: Leads Manager is designed as a workflow tool, not a long-term document vault. We automatically delete borrower documents and images from our servers after the applicable free retention period. Only metadata references (such as file names and upload dates) may remain on the loan record after Files are removed.
7.1 Document & Image Retention by Loan Status
Rejected or deleted loans: All associated Files are permanently removed from our servers when the loan is rejected or deleted. The loan record may remain in your account without the Files. If the loan is resumed later, fresh uploads are required.
Active / in-progress loans: Files are retained for up to 150 calendar days from the application start date, or until the loan reaches a terminal status. After this period, Files are automatically deleted and must be re-uploaded if still needed.
Disbursed loans: Files are retained for up to 30 calendar days from the date the loan entered that status. Extended retention may be purchased at the rates shown in the Service at the time of request.
For full terms governing document retention, re-upload requirements, and paid extensions, see our Terms & Conditions (Section 7).
7.2 Account & Organization Data
When an account is deleted or a subscription ends, personal and organization data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
Billing and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting and tax compliance
Anonymized usage statistics may be kept to improve the Service
Any remaining Files on our servers are permanently deleted as part of account closure
8. Cookies & Local Storage
Leads Manager is a web application. We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions, preferences, and essential app functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising on the platform.
9. Children's Privacy
Leads Manager is a business platform not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Transfers
Data is primarily processed and stored in India. If data is processed outside India through infrastructure providers, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
